Особливості профілактики соціального сирітства

Abstract

В праці представлено теоретичний аналіз наукових джерел на вирішення проблеми профілактики соціального сирітства. В роботі представлено сучасна інтерпретація дефініції «профілактика», зміст цього визначення стає багатовимірним, і використовуються для позначення різних напрямів політики, групової та індивідуальної взаємодії. В праці розкрито теоретичні та практичні особливості розробки та здійснення профілактики соціального сирітства в сучасних умовах воєнного конфлікту. Українська система соціальної профілактики – трирівнева модель, здійснення попереджальних заходів первинної, вторинної і третинної профілактики. Проаналізовано сучасну практику роботи соціального працівника щодо зниження кількості соціальних сиріт та розкрито сутність найдієвіших з них. В роботі визначено пріоритетні завдання профілактики соціального сирітства та охарактеризовано різні рівні взаємодії освітнього, соціально-політичного та суспільного середовищі під час реалізації основних моделей профілактики. В процесі профілактики соціального сирітства, залишаються актуальними питання забезпечення ефективності діяльності суб'єктів соціальної роботи щодо раннього виявлення сімей, які опинилися у складних життєвих обставинах, надання їм соціальних послуг, попередження вилучення дитини із сім'ї, зокрема розроблення комплексних соціальних послуг для цієї категорії сімей та впровадження нових технологій соціальної роботи з ними.

An author presented the theoretical analysis of scientific sources on the decision the problem of social orphanhood. An author analysed modern interpretation of definition «prophylaxis», maintenance of this determination becomes multidimensional, and used for denotation of different directions of politics, group and individual cooperation. An author exposed the theoretical and practical features of development and realization the prophylaxis of social orphanhood in the modern terms of military conflict. The Ukrainian system of social prophylaxis is a three-level model, realization of warning events of primary, secondary and tertiary prophylaxis. An author analysed modern practice the work of social worker in relation to the decline of amount of social orphans and essence of most effective is exposed from them. An author defined in-process foreground jobs the prophylaxis of social orphanhood and different even cooperations are described educational, socio-political and public environment during realization of basic models of prophylaxis. In the process prophylaxis of social orphanhood, the questions of providing efficiency activity of subjects of social work remain actual in relation to the early exposure of families that ended up in difficult vital circumstances, grant to them of social services, warning of exception of child from family, in particular development of complex social services for this category of families and introduction of new technology of social work with them.
