Анотація
У статті досліджено проблематику у сфері управління персоналом в аспекті розкриття цінності персоналу як
унікального ресурсу підприємства. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування сучасних персонал-технологій в економічну
діяльність вітчизняних підприємств з метою подолання відриву між теорією та практикою управління персоналом.
The basis of the concept of personnel management today is the growing role of the personality of the employee, his professional and business qualities, knowledge of his motivational settings, the ability to form and direct them in accordance with the tasks facing the enterprise. The staff is the most complex object of management, since people are endowed with intelligence. They constantly develop relationships, based on their long-term functioning in the field of labour activity. The formation of the technology of personnel management can systematically of activate all the controls that are aimed at solving existing problems with personnel in the management of each individual enterprise. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to study modern technologies of personnel management and to substantiate the feasibility of their introduction into the economic practice of domestic enterprises. In particular, it was found under that under the technology of personnel management there is understood a set of techniques, methods, forms and methods of influencing personnel in the process of its hiring, use, development and dismissal in order to obtain the best results of labour activity. Technology of personnel management is an important element of the management system of an industrial enterprise. The most significant components of HR technology are: technology of marketing and personnel planning, recruitment and accounting of personnel, training of personnel, personnel assessment. The main task of introducing the newest technologies in personnel management of a modern enterprise is to create conditions for the implementation by of each employee of their potential opportunities, the desire to perform their tasks in the best way. The introduction and development of new areas for personnel recruitment, such as personnel outsourcing and leasing, enables the company's management to focus on its core business.
