Анотація
Охарактеризовано принципи управління інноваційною діяльністю. Систематизовано науково-методичні підходи до
управління інноваційною діяльністю промислових підприємств. Виділено цілеорієнтований, системний, процесний,
функціональний і поведінковий підходи. Обґрунтовано необхідність їх поєднання. Дано авторське визначення сутності
управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємства. Згідно з виділеними підходами визначено завдання системи
інформаційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності.
The problem of innovative activity management effectiveness increase has been actualized. The principles of innovative activity management have been characterized. The scientific and methodical approaches innovative activity management of industrial enterprises have been systematized. Purposeful, systematic, process, functional and behavioural approaches have been highlighted. The necessity of their combination for improving the effectiveness of innovative activity management has been justified. The author’s definition of the essence of innovative activity management of an enterprise considering mentioned approaches has been offered. The differences between active and passive approaches of base enterprise’s strategy formation during enterprise’s innovative activity management have been pointed out. The basic requirements and tasks of the system of informational provision of innovative activity management according to author’s vision of it’s essence has been determined.
