Анотація
У роботі визначено теоретичні основи формування організаційно-економічного механізму інноваційного розвитку
промислових підприємств. На основі огляду існуючих дефініцій запропоновано власне визначення цієї категорії.
Представлено структурологічну модель організаційно-економічного механізму інноваційного розвитку, що базується на схемі
вибору стратегії відповідно до рівня результативності інноваційного розвитку промислового підприємства.
In the article, theoretical bases of formation of organizational and economical mechanism of innovative development of industrial enterprises are defined. The structural and logical model of organizational and economical mechanism of innovative development is presented. The organizational and economic mechanism of the innovative development of an industrial enterprise, which defines a set of interrelated actions in functional management subsystems based on monitoring the current state of the enterprise and the results of previous innovation changes, is presented. Based on its results, it is possible to decide on the directions of innovative development and the development of tools for implementing the corresponding programs and projects. This ensures the complexity, consistency and validity of strategies for innovative development of an industrial enterprise in every business context.
