Анотація
Актуалізовано проблему підвищення ефективності інноваційної діяльності на вітчизняних промислових підприємствах.
Аргументовано, що визначальну роль у її вирішенні відіграє мотиваційний фактор. Показано зв'язок між змістом стимулюючих
заходів на підприємствах і їх здатністю формувати мотиви до інноваційної діяльності. Виокремлено першочергові завдання
менеджменту машинобудівних підприємств щодо удосконалення і розвитку системи стимулювання для підвищення ефективності
інноваційної діяльності. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання для цього технології Balanced Score Card.
The problem of increasing of effectiveness of innovative activity within domestic industrial enterprises was actualized. The dynamics of their innovative activity performance during 2008-2017 years was analyzed. The conclusion was made that domestic industrial enterprises tend to worsen their ability to create and implement innovations. It was argued that the defining role in solving this problem plays the motivational factor, which is being formed within all management levels. The presence of logical connection between incentives of business owners and top managers was shown. This defines their approaches of choosing the development strategy and employees motivation strategy. It was highlighted that the motivational system should be based on longterm managerial instruments and be a part of motivational mechanism of innovative activity. It was logically proven that the effectiveness of such mechanism is provided by interdependence of motives of business owners and employees, and also by availability of tools of precise innovative activity goals setting, estimation of the results of their achievement and appropriate rewarding of those results. During the research process it was proven that the ‘tool set’ for achievement of such combination can be the Balanced Score Card system. The features of Balance Score Card system construction for the creation of motivational mechanism of management of innovative development of machine building enterprise was shown.
