Це дозволяє при розрахунку довжини виробу враховувати не лише зріст споживача, але і проекційну ширину виробу, яка залежить від розміру фігури та обраного об’єму виробу, що проектується.Abstract The aim of the research – to develop a mathematical model for calculating of an aesthetic the length of the dress that will provide harmonious proportion between the sizes of the garment and the sizes of the woman’s body. In order to harmonize forms of clothing has been used of informational analysis method and proportionation of industrially produced clothes, which allows you to analyze the number of visuallydistinctive information in respect of form elements. For mathematical transformation is were selected first and third steps of the first level of information, that take into account the ratio of height to projection length of the dress and the projection length of the dress to the size of the projection of the widest section. As a result of mathematical transformations was obtained formula for calculating of an aesthetic projection length.
