Проаналізовано форми взаємодії на договірних засадах, агентських відносин та на рівні інституцій між контрагентами, у формі повної інтеграції та співпраці через фінансовий супермаркет. Також проаналізовано існуючі підходи та погляди у світовій та вітчизняній практиці до розмежування видів банківсько-страхової взаємодії та визначення видів та сутності організаційних форм. Представлена організаційна побудова таких відносин, розглянуті зміст відносин, ресурси, що об’єднуються, та досліджені потенційні ризики, які несе за собою така співпраця.Integration of financial institutions is relatively new in the financial market of Ukraine is currently not formed a unified approach to the formation mechanism of interaction of individual financial market institutions and manage their risks, uncertainties caused by natural, human and economic factors. This work considered the nature and types of organizational forms of interaction between banks and insurance companies, as scientific approaches and practices on species fusion of banking and insurance business. Forms of interaction are analyzed on the basis of agreement, agency and institutional level between counterparties in the form of full integration and cooperation through financial supermarket. Also analyzed existing approaches and views on the world and domestic practice the separation of banking and insurance types of interaction and determine the nature and types of organizational forms.
