Проаналізовано основні логістичні по- няття й категорії. Проведено структурно-семантичний аналіз функціонування підприємства як логістич- ної системи. Побудовано семантичну модель формування та реалізації логістизації машинобудівних під- приємств. Удосконалено систему оцінювання процесу логістизації машинобудівних підприємств, яка ба- зується на використанні двох альтернативних методів.Abstract – The article is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations concerning the formation and realization of logistization into machine building enterprises. The basic logistic concepts and categories were analyzed and summarized, their separation allowed to form a complex theoretical conceptual apparatus. A structural and semantic analysis of the functioning of the enterprise as a logistics system was conducted to create its decomposition model in an integrating logistic sphere. A semantic model of formation and implementation of logistization in machine building enterprises was built consisting of three phases, the implementation of which will reach the complex of logistic enterprise priorities. Methodical approaches in developing and implementing the strategy of logisticzation enterprises as the main means of realization the process of its logistic implementation were invented.
