Для практичного застосування відібрано методи на основі трендових моделей та показників динаміки часового ряду. Оцінювання точності прогнозу було виконано шляхом розрахунку прогнозу для попереднього періоду часу і порівняння його з фактичним значенням.The article deals with the forecasting methods of activity indexes of motor transport enterprises of Khmelnytsky region based on dynamic series. Methods based on trend models and on the dynamic indexes of time series have been selected for practical use. Evaluating the forecast accuracy has been performed by calculating the forecast for the previous period and comparing it with the actual value. We calculated the predicted values of volumes of transported goods by transport and the number of passengers for 2015. In our opinion, for the total of transported goods the prediction is preferred, calculated by the polynomial model, and for the index of the number of passengers the forecast is preferred, calculated by a linear trend.
