Систематизовано наслідки глобалізаційних процесів, що здійснюють вплив на розвиток міжнародного бізнесу, та розкрито їх суперечливість в контексті двох груп країн: більш та менш розвинутих, що сприятиме розробці стратегії діяльності ТНК.The article is devoted to factors that determine the globalization of the world economy. The main regularities of the modern stage of globalization of the world economy that affect development of international business in the context of transnational corporations’ activities are determined in the article. The effects of globalization processes on the development of international business in the context of two groups of countries: developed and developing, are systematized. Much attention is given to the consequences of globalization as a whole.
