Наводяться переваги даного методу дослідження.The aim of the article is a generalization of theoretical bases of research of a condition of economic safety of the enterprise and develops proposals for their improvement. In modern conditions, the process of successful functioning and economic development of Ukrainian enterprises in many respects depends on improving their activity in the sphere of economic security. Problems of their own economic security are there in front of every enterprise not only in the crisis period but also during the work in a stable economic environment. For industrial enterprises evaluation of economic security is important. First of all, because they actively use the potential that is crucial stabilizing factor of crisis development, the guarantor of economic growths and maintains economic independence and security of the country. The main objective of the economic security of the enterprise should be ensure in its sustainable and efficient functioning now and high development potential in the future. The economic security of the enterprise provides for the selection, analysis and assessment of existing threats for each of the functional components of economic security and development on their basis of the system of counteracting and preventative measures. The article considers the essence of economic security, its components, methods of assessment and diagnosis.
