Автором проведено дослідження властивостей текстильних матеріалів в умовах різного середовища формування. В результаті експерименту визначено залежність величини повної абсолютної деформації текстильних матеріалів від середовища формування. У результаті аналізу експериментальних досліджень визначено раціональне середовище формування для обраних тканин.The article deals with the problems associated with giving wool fabrics a volumetric shape, namely their ability to mold. The author researches the properties of textile materials in the conditions of different medium of formation. As a result of the experiment, the dependence of the total absolute deformation of the textile materials on the forming medium is determined. As a result of the analysis of the experimental studies, a rational formation medium for the selected tissues was determined. The influence of liquid-active agent and solution of polyvinyl alcohol of different concentration on the physical-mechanical properties of coat tissues was investigated. The obtained results confirm the ability and feasibility of using of the proposed working agent on the operations of forming and form-fixing and the possibility of complex technology of these operations.
