The structure of the personnel of engineering innovation active enterprises and forms and methods of stimulating innovation. Inconsistency between the goals of innovation, structure and motivation of employees in enterprises operating system stimulation. It is shown the need to stimulate improvement of employees engaged in innovation. The possibilities and directions for improving innovation management on the basis of motivational factors.
