The main approaches to the the phasing of the managerial decision-making process on the enterprise are considered, and the eight main stages are defined. The article gives evidence that the models’ development is an integral part of the modern enterprise activities, which contributes to the efficiency increase and managerial decision-making acceleration.У статті, на основі узагальнення та систематизації наявних тлумачень поняття «процес прийняття управлінського рішення», запропоновано авторське сутності цього процесу. Розглянуто основні підходи до питання етапності процесу прийняття управлінських рішень на підприємстві, на основі чого акцентовано увагу на основних восьми етапах цього процесу. Доведено, що розробка моделей є невід’ємною частиною діяльності сучасного підприємства, що сприяє підвищенню ефективності та прискоренню прийняття управлінських рішень.enРозділ книги
