Визначено етапи її реалізації з виокремленням участі центрів фінансування. Проаналізовано можливості перерозподілу прибутків/збитків між продуцентом інновацій та центром фінансування. Розглянуто перспективи участі центрів фінансування у прибутках продуцентів та реципієнтів інновацій залежно від етапу фінансування інноваційної розробки. Встановлено, що ключову роль в комерціалізації інноваційних розробок відіграє мережа науково-дослідних установ НААН України, хоча оцінити їх ефективність неможливо з огляду на відсутність інформації.The article deals with commercialization as a process of transformation of innovation development into an innovative product. The stages of its realization with the selection of participation of financing centers are determined. The possibilities of redistribution of profits/losses between the producer of innovations and the financing center are analyzed. The prospects of participation of financing centers in profits of producers and recipients of innovations depending on the stage of financing of innovation development are considered.
