В умовах глобальної інформатизації суспільства та науки впровадження таких засобів інформаційних технологій як: математичні методи і моделі рішення задач, алгоритми обробки даних, інструментальні засоби моделювання процесів, даних, проектування інформаційних систем, розробки програм, власне програмні продукти, різноманітні інформаційні ресурси, технічні засоби обробки даних дозволяють підвищити якість навчального процесу. Впровадження сучасних інформаційних технологій значно інтенсифікує навчальний процес, розвиває творчий потенціал студента, його комунікативні здібності. Завдяки моделюванню, алгоритмізації та технічним засобам обробки відбувається формування управлінських якостей та навичок прийняття рішень у змодельованих ситуаціях.In this work, the authors consider the concept of "information technology", its main components. In the conditions of global informatization of society and science the introduction of such means of information technologies as: mathematical methods and models of problem solving, data processing algorithms, instrumental means of modeling processes, data, designing of information systems, development of programs, software products, various information resources, technical means of processing data can improve the quality of the learning process. The introduction of modern information technology significantly intensifies the educational process, develops the creative potential of the student, his communicative abilities. Due to modeling, algorithmization and technical means of processing, the formation of managerial qualities and decision-making skills in simulated situations takes place. At the expense of realization of possibilities of means of new information technologies the efficiency and quality of preparation of ecologists to their professional activity is increasing. There is a deepening of interpersonal relations through the use of modern means of information processing.
