Наведено характеристики сучасних управлінських інформаційних систем. Визначено основні принципи електронного документообігу та переваги використання електронних документів в кластерних об’єднаннях.The aim of the article is to study the issues of organization of cluster interaction of Ukrainian business entities in the use of the latest information technologies. The article analyzes the experience of functioning of production systems on the basis of a cluster model, and the role of public administration bodies in the development of innovative cluster unions is determined. The role of information interrelation between economic actors -participants of the cluster in the conditions of a dynamic business environment with the aim of ensuring their competitive advantages is determined. Successful activity of enterprises in the conditions of market relations involves the necessary possession of the necessary information and on its basis, the timely adoption of managerial decisions. The article presents the characteristics of modern management information systems. The basic principles of electronic document circulation and advantages of using electronic documents in cluster associations are determined. Efficient information management makes it possible to reduce costs and time and thus increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. The conducted studies have shown that clusters, which are full-fledged, self-sufficient institutions for ensuring sustainable economic development of the country, go out in the first place in the competitive struggle. Clusters are sectoral and territorial associations of enterprises that are full-fledged, self-sufficient institutions for ensuring sustainable economic development of the country's economy.
