Проаналізовано основні причини недостатнього розвитку даних інститутів-інвесторів, на основі чого обґрунтовано необхідність зміни рівня фінансової обізнаності або фінансової грамотності як індивідуальних, так і корпоративних інвесторів в НПФ.The analysis of modern trends in the development of non-state pension funds (NPF) as the institutional investors in the financial market of Ukraine. Conducted research of impact NPF on the national economy, which is determined by their ability to be a significant source of support for social standards and at the same time the accumulator investment resources. It is proved that a positive impact on Ukraine's economy and the development of NPF intensify their investment activities manifested through: the development of the national stock market; the formation of additional sources of long-term lending to the economy; software decline volume in the shadow economy; providing the opportunity to increase budget revenues in the future.
