The main reasons that significantly limit the potential scope, the actual manifestation in Ukrainian practice of socially active conduct of business, perception Institute of CSR systematized. Corruption is the greatest obstacle to the economic growth, development of socially responsible business. Thus, the more widespread corruption, the more corrupt tax society pays, including business.
