Виділено інститути домінантного впливу на розвиток людського капіталу.The aim of the research is to find out the key factors of human capital development, describe the structure of human capital and the phases of its development. The authors’ aim is to describe the influence of institutional system on human capital forming. The key structural components of human capital are underlined in the article. The process of their forming according to person’s lifecycle is described. The key factors of human capital development are outlined and the most important among them, in the authors’ opinion, are institutional factors. The influence of institutional system on human capital development is investigated. Also the author defines the institutes of dominant influence on human capital development.
