На основі аналізу психолого-педагогічної літератури з проблеми дослідження автори публікації виділяють та описують структуру психологічної культури особистості та пропонують такий перелік компонентів психологічної культури: когнітивний; афективний; ціннісно-смисловий; поведінковий (діяльнісний); мотиваційний; рефлексивно-перцептивний; творчий. Автори статті обґрунтовують систему формування психологічної культури майбутніх педагогів на основі певних методологічних принципів, визначають основні критерії психологічної культури студента, які дозволяють оцінити ефективність освітньої діяльності.In the article the authors analyse the concept of psychological culture as an integrative characteristics of the teacher, investigate the problem of psychological culture as a structural mental entity, which is formed and manifested in the pedagogical interaction, distinguish and describe the components of the structure of psychological culture of the individual: cognitive, affective, value-semantic, behavioural (activity), motivational, reflexive-perceptual, creative. The authors substantiate the system of forming the psychological culture of future teachers on the basis of certain methodological principles: 1) taking into account the age and personality characteristics of the student; 2) the integrity of the formation of psychological culture; 3) basing on elementary units and genetically early forms of the existence of psychological culture; 4) activity; 5) active mediation of interpersonal relations, motives and semantic attitudes of the individual; 6) continuity and ?; 7)variability and dynamic of the use of means, forms, methods and techniques for the formation of psychological culture; 8) observance of psychological technologies; 9) taking into account the students' motivational readiness for the perception of information; 10) providing the student with free choice, creative space for self-expression; 11) psychological safety.
