Розглянуто напрямки для побудови ефективної системи управління ризиками в морських пунктах пропуску.The paper examines the features of formation of the risk management system in sea crossing points on the basis of a unified information system of the port community. This is a key issue for the customs service of Ukraine. The basic directions of activity phases of risk management, risk classifications, risk assessment. The main objective of risk management is the creation and enactment of a common information space in sea checkpoints. The need to maximize the use of information technology in the performance analysis and risk assessment not only provides international norms and standards, but also dictated by the demands and the rapid development of global business processes, including international trade. This facilitates and speeds up customs procedures, enhances security.
