Визначено поняття соціального партнерства вищих навчальних закладів та бізнес-структур. Досліджено світовий та вітчизняний досвід співпраці науки та бізнесу. Наведено основні форми такого партнерства. Визначено бар’єри для соціального партнерства науки та бізнесу і запропоновано шляхи їх усунення.The aim of the article is an analysis of collaboration of business and universities in Ukraine, determination of her basic problems and development of recommendations in relation to their decision. In the article determination of social partnership is given and benefits are certain from the collaboration of business and education. The base models of partnership are considered in the environment of education. The basic forms of collaboration of business and universities are exposed. World experience of collaboration of science and business is investigational. The home features of partnership of universities and business are analyses. Barriers are certain to social partnership of science and business in Ukraine and the ways of their removal are offered. Thus, for stimulation of development of collaboration between institution of higher learning and business in Ukraine it is necessary to reconstruct an operating model university-business on a model university-state-business.
