Показано зміст та структуру системи економічної безпеки підприємства, визначено склад зовнішніх суб’єктів впливу на неї. Проаналізовано вплив суб’єктів реалізації фіскальної функції держави на систему економічної безпеки підприємства. Показано діяльність митниці як фіскального інституту, досліджено її ґенезу в Україні та проаналізовано нормативно-правове забезпечення її діяльності. Розроблено модель сценарного прогнозування впливу суб’єктів митного регулювання на екологічну нішу підприємства. Розроблено прогноз впливу суб’єктів митного регулювання на екологічну нішу суб’єктів ЗЕД в Україні. Розроблено модель впливу суб’єктів митного регулювання на систему економічної безпеки підприємства. Проведене моделювання впливу суб’єктів митного регулювання на систему економічної безпеки вітчизняних підприємств. Сформовано основи адаптації системи економічної безпеки підприємства до впливу суб’єктів митного регулювання, побудовано карту її моніторингу та розроблено сукупність різновидів програми такої адаптації.The approaches to conception of enterprise economic security are investigated. The content and the structure of enterprise economic security system are pointed out and the structure of the external subject of influence is determined. The subject influence of fiscal function implementation of government on enterprise economic security system is determined. The customs office activity as a fiscal institute in Ukraine is pointed out, its genesis is investigated and the regulatory support of the impact on the enterprise economic security is analyzed. The model of forecast script of the subjects’ impact of customs regulation on the enterprise ecological niche is developed. The forecast of the subjects’ impact of customs regulation on the ecological niche of FEA subjects in Ukraine is developed. The model of the subjects’ impact of customs regulation on the enterprise economic security system is developed. The simulation of the 36 subjects’ impact of customs regulation on the enterprise economic security system of domestic enterprise is developed.
