General indicators of social policy are the level of the material and spiritual needs. Improving quality of life is at the heart of social policy. Therefore, indicators of living standards were taken as a basis for economic forecasting and planning and development of targeted social predictions. An integral part of the modern understanding of a decent standard of human living is a social human activity, which is necessary to ensure its life as part of society.
