Виділено його структурні складові елементи та розкрито їх сутність.The theoretical and methodical aspects of forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of management restructuring of enterprises are investigational in the article. Highlight its structural components and reveals their essence. Peculiarities of each mentioned components of organization and economical management mechanism of restructuring determine the activity of enterprise as a system and make conditions for achieving the goals.
