Розглянуто основні засади, методи і засоби концепції TQM під час впровадження на підприємствах, виявлено основні проблеми та розроблено заходи щодо її реалізації на практиці.The article explores the peculiarities of implementation of the concept of general quality management (TQM) in the activity of domestic enterprises in the conditions of realization of the European vector of development of Ukraine. The basic principles, methods and tools of the TQM concept for enterprise implementation were considered, the main problems were identified and the measures for its implementation in practice were developed. Among the problems encountered by domestic enterprises in the implementation of quality systems there are such as the lack of a systematic theoretical and methodological base in the field of quality management, lack of funding and the lack of qualified specialists in the field of quality management, lack of practical experience in implementing quality systems, availability of outdated equipment, lack of market incentives, no need to introduce quality systems. The article substantiates the feasibility of applying the concept of TQM at domestic enterprises, along with the use of ISO 9000 certified quality management systems to improve the efficiency of their operations. According to the author, this will increase the level of consumer satisfaction, increase sales, increase the market share of the company, increase its profits. Among the measures for the implementation of the TQM concept, along with the traditional formation of quality systems at domestic enterprises, the following are highlighted: introduction of state and financial support for enterprises engaged in the implementation of this concept; continuous monitoring of the implementation of quality systems; use for external consulting managers and training programs; organization of training of specialists in quality management; establishment of an extensive network of counselling centers; development of basic and applied research in the field of quality management; improving the professional level of staff; reorganization of business processes at enterprises.ukякістьуправління якістюзагальний менеджмент якості (TQM)система менеджменту якостіміжнародні стандарти ISO 9000qualityquality managementtotal quality management (TQM)quality management systeminternational standards ISO 9000Стаття330
