Надано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення механізму управління інноваційним розвитком. Запропоновано показники, що характеризують фінансово-економічну результативність розвитку підприємства на основі інновацій.In the article, the process of management of financial and economic efficiency of innovative development of the enterprise is structured. Recommendations on improving the mechanism of management of innovation development are given. The indicators characterizing the financial and economic efficiency of enterprise development on the basis of innovations are offered. The financial and economic performance of innovation development is characterized by financial resources (own, borrowed, etc.), which are necessary for industrial enterprises for carrying out innovative activity and determines the efficiency of using the innovative potential of the enterprise. The financial and economic performance of innovation development is measured by indicators: the level of innovation capacity of expenditures, the coefficient of own funds aimed at innovation activities, the level of investment policy of the enterprise, the level of expenditures on R & D, the coefficient of efficiency of R & D, the rationality of using the channels of distribution of goods, the degree of flexibility of the price policy, the degree of increase profitability of the enterprise. Based on the monitoring of the current financial and economic state of the enterprise and the results of previous innovative changes, it is possible to make informed decisions regarding the directions of innovation development and the development of tools for the implementation of relevant programs and projects.
