Обґрунтовано необхідність трансформації систем управління вітчизняними підприємствами в умовах глобального впливу факторів різної природи походження. Визначено основні завдання формування інституціонального середовища функціонування вітчизняних суб’єктів господарювання на засадах безпекоорієнтованого управління. Представлено основні нормативні документи, що регламентують питання економічної безпеки та загального стратегічного розвитку у межах країни. Визначено та згруповано основних суб’єктів формування інституціонального середовища в Україні. Запропоновано елементи безпосередньої реалізації безпекоорієнтованого управління з урахуванням особливостей формування інституціонального середовища функціонування вітчизняних суб’єктів господарювання.The authors of the article have examined and analyzed the theoretical working-outs of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of economic security of different levels. The necessity of transformation of control systems of domestic enterprises in the conditions of global influence of factors of different nature of origin has been substantiated. The main tasks of forming of the institutional environment of the functioning of domestic business entities on the basis of a safe-oriented management have been determined by the scientists. The main normative documents regulating the issues of economic security and general strategic development within the country have been presented. The main subjects of the formation of the institutional environment in Ukraine have been identified and grouped. The scientists proposed the elements of direct implementation of security-oriented management taking into account the peculiarities of the formation of the institutional environment of the functioning of domestic business entities (the study of the peculiarities of institutional transformations with the strategic priorities of the state's development in the conditions of external aggression; the development of methodological foundations of the use of a securityoriented approach in strategic management of economic entities; substantiation and developing of directions for improvement of regulatory policy and procedural aspects at the regional level in the interaction of business entities with supervisory authorities; the formation of scientific and methodological approaches to information and analytical support for interaction of economic entities with institutional agents; the formation of a program of information and analytical support for the functioning of the mechanisms of the system of economic security of the management subjects; the formation of a adapting model of the system of economic security of economic entities to transformations in fiscal sphere; development of scientific and methodological approaches to minimization of risks in the process of operating activities of business entities).ukекономічна безпекаглобалізаціяуправлінняпідприємстваінституціональне середовищеeconomic securityglobalizationmanagemententerprisesinstitutional environmentСтаття658:339
