Запропоновано систему інформаційного забезпечення управління людським капіталом, яка надає прогнозованого характеру процесу його формування та використання, забезпечує узгодження обсягу і структури інвестицій з інвестиційними ефектами, знижує структурне безробіття.Current problems of irrational information support of human capital management on the personal level that lead to its inefficient management are defined. The system of information support of human capital management that provides predictable nature of its formation and usage, coordination of investments structure and volume with investment effects, reduces structural unemployment is proposed. Gaps in the management of human resources is the lack of efficient information provision at the person who is often a cause of suboptimal decisions on personal development, implementation of existing knowledge, skills and abilities, losses from inefficient use of human potential.
