The main modelling tasks of the tourism and recreation complex were determined. The qualitative characteristics that significantly affect on the analysis, the choice of instruments and procedures were described. Directions of the use of economicmathematical modelling in solving the tasks of strategic development management of touristrecreational complex were systematized and generalized in the article.
