Сформовано перелік заходів та рекомендацій з активізації інноваційної діяльності корпоративних підприємств.The article discusses the features of innovation activity of corporate enterprises. It is proved that due to the lack of real institutional support there are a number of obstacles of innovation activity improvement. The problems and obstacles of effective innovation development of corporate enterprises are investigated. The mechanism of innovation activity improvement of corporate enterprises is formed. A list of measures and recommendations to enhance innovation activity of corporate enterprises is developed.
