Обґрунтовано та сформовано структуру складової забезпечення, а також визначено основні інструменти та процеси функціональної складової організаційно-економічного механізму управління інноваційною реструктуризацією підприємств.Features of functioning of enterprises in Ukraine put up new requirements for the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of management, operational efficiency which should be provided as influenced by the improvement of production, labour and management, and capacity of its adaptation to modern conditions of management. This article theoretically prove the necessity of innovative restructuring of enterprises. One of the ways to subsistence and development under such circumstances is to develop and implement a project of innovative restructuring. Theoretical and methodical aspects of forming organizational and economic mechanism of management innovative restructuring of machine-building enterprises are investigated. Its structure consists of subsystems formation and functioning. The mechanism is part of the total enterprise management system, using methods, tools, based on compliance with certain principles and laws for its operation, using levers and tools that ensure improving innovation potential, competitiveness and financial stability entity in terms of economic instability. Highlight its components and reveals their essence.
