Результатом дослідження є визначення основних тенденцій розвитку фондового ринку в Україні, враховуючи як зовнішні, так і внутрішні фактори впливу, з урахуванням всіх елементів управління.This article is devoted to the problem of portfolio management of commercial banks. The result of the study is to determine the main trends of the stock market in Ukraine, including both external and internal factors influence, with all the controls. The criteria for portfolio management can be regarded as achieving stable values of indicators such as the rate of growth in the value of assets portfolio (with long-term investment); level of profitability of the transaction (for short-term investments); level of hedging assets (defensive strategy); defined the structure of the portfolio; high liquidity portfolio; defined performance target funding. In constructing the mechanism of formation of portfolio securities, it is important to find factors of management, which need to influence for the task and goal. These factors can be considered as properties and elements of facility management in general, the properties of these elements and the relationship with other elements, communication facility management with the investment environment. To organize the management factors influence the degree necessary to establish their eligibility management to further define the need to mobilize resources to bring the control factors according to the aim pursued. Thus, due to the weak market sophistication derivatives consider it appropriate to give banks greater attention to this instrument.
