Економічні науки. - 2020. - №1. - С. 94-99.https://elar.khmnu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/8969У роботі досліджено специфіку реалізації безпекоорієнтованого управління на вітчизняних підприємствах в умовах трансформації інституційного середовища їх діяльності. Розроблено схему процесу реалізації безпекоорієнтованого управління на підприємствах будівельної галузі. Конкретизовано цілі безпекоорієнтованого управління. Визначено, що основним «драйвером» безпекоорієнтованого управління є управлінські рішення. При цьому у кожній організації існує свій унікальний механізм їх прийняття, однак у більшості випадків такий механізм не формалізовано. Доведено, що одним зі стратегічних пріоритетів безпекоорієнтованого управління є забезпечення переходу від моделі інтуїтивно обумовленої реакції до моделі прийняття обдуманого рішення. Для цього, крім управлінського досвіду та інтуїції керівника, необхідно розробляти відповідний блок підтримки управлінської реакції, який міститиме належне інформаційно-аналітичне забезпечення, механізми та інструментиThe specifics of implementation of security-oriented management at domestic enterprises in the conditions of transformation of the institutional environment of their activity was investigated. The scheme of process of realization of safetyoriented management at the enterprises of construction industry was developed. The goals of safety-oriented management were specified. It was determined that management decisions are the main "driver" of security-oriented management. However, each organization has its own unique mechanism for their adoption, but in most cases such a mechanism is not formalized. It has been proved that provision of the transition from a model of intuitive response to a model of deliberated decision-making is one of the strategic priorities of safety-oriented management. For this purpose, in addition to managerial experience and manager's intuition, it is necessary to develop an appropriate support unit of management response, which will contain the appropriate information and analytical support, mechanisms and tools.
