General conclusions are carried out in relation to the modern state and conformities to law of development of wholesale trade mediation at this market. Adjusting of wholesale market is not possible without determination of objective description and corresponding conformities to law of his development. On such conditions, the special actuality is acquired by the questions of research of activity of wholesalers at the user market.
