P. 294-303.https://elar.khmnu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/20985У статті здійснено теоретико-психологічний аналіз особливостей розвитку емоційного інтелекту особистості підліткового віку в умовах динамічних соціокультурних трансформацій. На основі аналізу провідних когнітивних, змішаних та диспозиційних моделей емоційного інтелекту обґрунтовано розуміння досліджуваного феномену як складного інтегрального ресурсу, що детермінує психологічну стійкість та соціальну ефективність суб’єкта. Виокремлено психологічні особливості становлення емоційного інтелекту у підлітковому віці крізь призму процесів інтелектуалізації емоцій та рефлексивного самопізнання. Актуалізовано роль емоційного інтелекту як механізму соціальної взаємодії та емоційної безпеки підлітка в умовах інформаційної нестабільності та цифровізації освітнього простору. Здійснено аналіз стратегічних прогнозів Всесвітнього економічного форуму за період 2016-2023 рр., що дозволило виявити зміну ієрархії пріоритетних компонентів емоційного інтелекту особистості. Доведено, що в поточному соціокультурному контексті спостерігається зміщення акцентів від прагматичних інструментів міжособистісного впливу до ціннісно-орієнтованої взаємодії, де провідна роль належить емпатії, активному слуханню та самосвідомості. Аргументовано, що розвиток емоційного інтелекту підлітка стає базовим предиктором його резильєнтності та здатності до збереження цілісності «Я» в умовах глобальної «полікризи». Обґрунтовано необхідність цілеспрямованого моделювання розвивального середовища, яке б стимулювало перехід підлітка до усвідомленого керування власним емоційним потенціалом та забезпечувало його успішне життєтворення у майбутньому професійному середовищі.The article provides a theoretical and psychological analysis of the specific features of emotional intelligence development in adolescence under the conditions of dynamic sociocultural transformations. Based on the analysis of leading cognitive, mixed, and trait models of emotional intelligence, its understanding as a complex integral resource that determines the psychological resilience and social effectiveness of the subject is substantiated. The psychological peculiarities of emotional intelligence formation in adolescence are identified through the prism of emotional intellectualization and reflexive self-discovery processes. The role of the investigated construct as a mechanism for social interaction and emotional safety of adolescents in conditions of informational instability and digitalization of the educational space is actualized. The study carries out an analysis of the World Economic Forum strategic forecasts for the period 2016–2023, which allowed for the identification of a shift in the hierarchy of priority components of the individual’s emotional sphere. It is proved that in the current sociocultural context, there is a transition from pragmatic tools of interpersonal influence to valueoriented interaction, where the leading role belongs to empathy, active listening, and selfawareness. It is argued that the development of an adolescent's emotional intelligence becomes a fundamental predictor of their resilience and ability to maintain self-integrity in the face of a global "polycrisis".
