Систематизовано теоретичні підходи до тлумачення поняття «організаційна культура» та виявлено їх спільні риси. За результатами еволюційного розвитку надано власне визначення «організаційної культури» та її сучасну концепцію застосування на промислових підприємствах.The article deals with the essence of the concept of "culture." Author determined six classes (types) of culture: descriptive, historical, normative, psychological, structural, genetic determination. The basic approaches to determining the nature of culture: descriptive, historical, normative, psychological, structural, genetic, philosophical, sociological. Systematized theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the term "organizational culture" and discovered their common features.
