On the basis of structural-dynamic analysis of the balance of external economic activity of Ukraine, the conclusion has been made about insufficient competitiveness of domestic economy. Innovative-technological, cognitive-marketing and institutional-evolutional approaches in formation of economic systems competitiveness have been stressed on. Interconnection of those approaches in development of diversity inside M. Porters diamond of competitiveness has been shown. The tendencies of organisational structuring and organisational interaction inside domestic corporations have been shown. The features of heterarchy as an effective development form of diversity inside organisational shell of corporate and other integrated structures have been singled out.
