Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «реструктуризація» підприємства та розроблена систематизація видів реструктуризації залежно від їх фінансового стану.The economic substance and nature of the concept of "restructuring" of the enterprise is justified in this article, and also the key approaches to the content of this definition are identified. The approaches of different authors to determination of nature of restructuring enterprises were investigated and general signs in selected interpretations of this concept on the main content characteristics were proposed: by sanation orientation, by the ability to adapt, by detailed measures for financial orientation, by the restructuring of the company.
