Lack of effectiveness of management of occupational choice in Ukraine led to distortions in the labor market toward "overproduction" of specialists with higher education in a number of professions that young people considered prestigious. Significant reduction of quantitative indicators experienced system of vocational training, while the greatest demand among companies use skilled workers. Despite the general upward trend in the civilization of education and availability of mass higher education, orientation training is to in ¬ needs of the economy, and the high demand of youth for certain professions, causing an increase in social tensions in the labor market among young peo ple and create the conditions for the growth of unemployment among graduates institutions.
