According to the possibility of insurance the risks that are characteristic for the trade enterprises are divided into two groups: the risks to be insured and the risks that are not insurable. The attention is focused at the causes of the appearance and the components of the commercial risk of the trade entity. When choosing insurance as the method of the risk management of the trade enterprise is seen appropriate to using the proposed insurance program. Lists the most relevant of the insurance products are offered in the domestic insurance market for the trade enterprises and specified peculiarities of the insurance contracts.
