Labour productivity therefore is a key measure of economic performance. Labour productivity estimates can serve to develop labour market policies and monitor their effects. Finally, its measures can contribute to understand how labour market performance affects living standards. The dynamics of the level productivity of labour in the economics of different countries and in Ukraine were analysed in the article.
