The features of organizational culture are analysed on the modern Ukrainian enterprises. For the majority of Ukrainian enterprises existing organizational culture came into conflict with the objectives of adaptation to market requirements, accelerated economic growth and innovation. Shortcomings and problems in shaping organizational culture negative impact on organizational behaviour managers motivate staff to work effectively, the state of industrial relations, which in turn becomes a significant obstacle in ensuring the efficient operation of businesses.
