Запропоновано новий підхід до управління підприємством на основі створення системи управління накопиченими знаннями.The article examines such definitions as “human capital” and its role at the enterprise. It was proposed and analyzed new approach towards application of “human capital” potential in managerial process at the enterprise. New approach towards enterprise management on the basis of creation of managerial system of knowledge storage was suggested. Human recourses are the principal existent enterprise recourse, enterprise “living labour”. New approach in enterprise management has become the system of harmonization of staff intellectual potential and business demands in objective, accessible knowledge. Amalgamation of managerial technologies possibilities and human potential should create principally new competitive advantages of enterprise on domestic and world markets.
