Доведено доцільність її дослідження як оцінки результатів діяльності підприємства та його працюючих (робітників). Розглянуто основні характеристики соціальної безпеки. Досліджено систему показників оцінки соціальної безпеки. Визначено їх переваги, недоліки та перспективи використання. Запропоновано досліджувати ефективність функціонування підприємств за соціальним напрямом. Для оцінки ефективності функціонування за соціальним напрямом запропоновано використовувати такі характеристики: соціальна безпека, соціальна захищеність.The article investigates theoretical approaches to the assessment of social security. The expediency of its research as an assessment of the results of the enterprise and its employees (workers). The main characteristics of social security are considered. The system of indicators of social security assessment is explored. The advantages, disadvantages and prospects of their use are determined. It is proposed to investigate the efficiency of the functioning of enterprises in the social direction. In order to assess the effectiveness of functioning in the social direction, it is proposed to use the following characteristics: social security, social security. To analyse the effectiveness of functioning at an angle of social security assessment, it is proposed to calculate indicators in the context of the diagnosis of social sustainability and social tension. To analyse the effectiveness of the functioning of the angle of assessing social security, it is proposed to calculate the indicators in terms of the diagnosis of social equilibrium and social load.
