Здійснено узагальнення за двома напрямами. Виділено напрям оцінки трудового потенціалу країни, регіону, індивіда. Окреслено основні ознаки напряму. Підкреслено доцільність оцінки трудового по- тенціалу підприємства. Визначено його переваги та характеристики. Розглянуто фактори, що визначають формування трудового потенціалу. Здійснено класифікацію підходів щодо визначення поняття “трудовий потенціал”. Визначено напрями оцінювання трудового потенціалу відповідно до потреб економічного ана- лізу. Запропоновано досліджувати якісні показники оцінки трудового потенціалу.Abstract – In the article the existing theoretical approaches to the estimation of labor potential of financial market subjects are considered. The generalization is carried out in two directions. The direction of evaluation of the labor potential of the country, region, individual is allocated. The basic signs of a direction are outlined. The expediency of estimation of labor potential of the enterprise is emphasized. Its advantages and characteristics are determined. The factors determining the formation of labor potential are considered. The classification of approaches to the definition of “labor potential” is carried out. The directions of estimation of labor potential according to needs of economic analysis are determined. It is proposed to investigate qualitative indicators of labor potential assessment. The expediency of using social characteristics is substantiated. There are three groups of performance indicators: cost, profitability, profitability. Two directions of research on social direction are proposed: social security, social security. Performance indicators for social security are expedient to calculate the characteristics of social abuse and social sustainability.
