For a better understanding of the functioning of intellectual capital characterized its structural elements. The classification of intellectual capital, measured by various scholars, and selected for classification criteria (characteristics), the elements of intellectual capital have been analyzed. Traced, for the formation of intellectual capital in the economic activity is due to three components: human, organizational and consumer capital, because their interaction has a significant impact on the creation and enhancement of intellectual capital.
