Автором визначені особливості оцінки економічного потенціалу підприємства і вироблені методологічні підходи до його аналізу. Пропонується формування концептуальної моделі механізму організації процесу підвищення економічного потенціалу підприємства.In this paper describe the comparative description of the methodological approaches to estimation the potential of an enterprise, the theoretical and practical aspects of designing organizational structures of enterprises in a changing environment. Proposed conceptual model of gradual structuring mechanism of the process of increasing the economic potential of an enterprise. Determine the basic scheme of boosting the economic potential of an enterprise. The author has identified characteristics evaluation of economic potential of the an enterprise and developed methodological approaches to its analysis.
