The ability to ensure the continuation of the life cycle technically sophisticated products in the functional cycle "sales" by the logistics tools was defined. This approach covers the management and control of financial and human resources involved in the innovation process. In addition, it helps to ensure closer coordination of logistics software of the production and innovative strategies. Organizational system of the high technology products life cycle logistic support, ensures operational reliability of technical devices through organizing of the lifecycle flow processes interaction in the "production-exploitation" system of the product.
